Can I collect my order from you?We are sorry to inform that we do not have a shop, however we can arrange a pick up from the our delivery partner store, kindly reach out to us through email or our customer care number. We will be happy to assist you.

Shipping cost?The delivery/shipping charges are free, however, its always dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.

What is the delivery charge?Delivery Charges are free, however purchase below 10 dollars, DC will be applicable.

Changing the shipping address?You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”. But, you cannot change the shipping address when its already confirmed or dispatched, kindly reach us on info@thepeacockfeathers.com to get help or you can call us on our customer care number.

Can I track my order?We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Do you offer same day delivery?We are sorry, we don't have same day delivery as of now, we are soon coming up with more delivery partners.

Shipping time?Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document, but approximately we deliver the product within 3 - 5 business days.

What if I am not at home, can you leave my delivery somewhere safe?Yes but at your own risk. Please leave instructions of where we can leave your products in the order notes’ section and accordingly we will arrange the delivery.

Can I find out at what time my order will be delivered?Post your confirmation email, we will send you the tracking details every time we see action has been performed.

Do you give a discount for large orders?Discounts are applicable on each product and for the bulk products as well, which are by default applicable to the products. Don't worry!!!

Can I change or cancel my order before it’s dispatched?Yes, you can cancel the order anytime you need, however, if you cancel the when its out of delivery, then the refund will be processed once the order is return to the center.

Is there a minimum order?No, there no minimum orders but products below 10 - 30 dollar, delivery charges are applicable.

What payment methods can I use?You can use all the major credit cards. If you are a customer with established customer relationship with us. you are able to use invoice as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact info@thepeacockfeathers.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

How can I order?You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account. You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

What are the delivery charges?We mostly do not charge for the delivery however it is always dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
